OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
In compliance with the valid guidelines and specific operating guidelines, as set out in the document prepared by the CONFERENCE OF THE REGIONS AND AUTONOMOUS PROVINCES 20/81/CR01/COV19, the Hotel Lu Pitrali informs its Guests of the procedures and action lines adopted within the building.
The Hotel is located in Monte Petrosu in the commune of San Teodoro, around 170 metres above sea level. Its position, always lightly ventilated and in a residential area with a low population density, makes it an ideal place to spend your holidays in a natural setting and in absolute safety, even in these times. Despite everything, however, the Property, the Management and all our staff are attentive to the actions which guarantee the protection of our guests’ health.
TRAINING AND INFORMATION
We carry out the regular training of our employees with the intervention of specific professional figures who prepare our operators for prevention, daily actions and the management of any critical situations.
Information notes for guests will be displayed and distributed.
Internal checks will be carried out by the Management to ensure compliance with the lines of action adopted.
TEMPERATURE MONITORING AND MASKS
The temperature of our staff members is monitored at the beginning of each shift.
In compliance with the protection of personal data, even if it is not provided for by the law, the temperature of our guests may be monitored.
The use of protective masks is mandatory when travelling to and from the common areas within the building and a social distance of at least 1 metre must be respected.
DISINFECTION
Dispensers of alcohol-based hand gels are located in various parts of the building.
Particular attention is given to the cleaning and disinfection of every part of the common areas and rooms, with the use of specific and certified products.
Disinfection of air conditioning systems and SANITATION of rooms with OZONE.
Writing down and registering of the products used and annotation of the interventions performed.
DISTANCING
Reorganisation of workspaces for staff and spaces for interacting with guests.
When possible, we ask you to send the guests’ documents before arriving at the hotel in order to streamline the check-in procedures at reception. After this takes place, given that our building makes it possible, guests will be able to access their housing units independently at any time.
Spacing of the tables in the bar and open-air breakfast service in the hotel’s private garden.
Those summarised above are the general guidelines which will guide the action plan in accordance with the recommendations of local and national public health authorities, with the aim of preventing the spread of the virus.
The Management and all the Staff will always work to guarantee a service which meets your expectations.
OBLIGATIONS FOR ENTRY INTO SARDINIA
Starting from March 8th, anyone arriving in Sardinia must complete a form via the #Sus (sportello unico servizi) platform or through the SardegnaSicura application available on iOS and Android.
